Step 1

Here we are going to take a look of online shopping from “amazon.in”

We can directly type through our desktop or mobile browser https://www.amazon.in/ or we can do this by downloading app in our mobile devices.

Step 2

Tap on Play Store and search “Amazon” in Search box.

Tap on the first result so it will prompt for Install, now click on Install CTA (button)

Once installation complete, Open button will enable, now click on Open button

Now it will show us 3 options to select and we have to select one option as per our requirement.

• We can choose 1st option “Already a customer” if we have already created our account.
• We can choose 2nd option “New to amazon.in/create an account” if we does not have an account.
• We can choose 3rd option if we don’t want to buy any item and purpose is just to search particular item.

Step 6

If you don’t have your account then you have to create your account first and for that you have to click on “New to amazon.in/create an account” option

Now user has to fill up their details and have to click on continue button

Once we click on 1st option “Already a customer” it will prompt login option and we have to enter mobile number/ email id in text box.

Step 9

Once we enter our user id we will get OTP on our registered mobile number/email and we have to enter that in the box

Step 10

Once clicking on Signup it will open Home page and through search box you can search the item which you want to buy.

After searching it will show us various results and after selecting any one among them it will provide us complete information about the product.

Step 12

At bottom side you can select multiple items as per your choice by clicking on drop down arrow of Qty (quantity) box and then you have to click on “Buy Now” button

Once you click on Buy now button it will ask you for Delivery address and you have to setup our address or you can change it if requires.

Now there are multiple Payment method and you can choose any one among them as per your choice.

• UPI
• Debit/Credit Card
• Net Banking
• Pay on Delivery

Here we will take a look of COD option and for this you have to tap on radio button besides POD option and tap on Continue button.

Step 20

Now you have to click on “Place your order” button and you will get confirmation message in your registered mobile number.
